6. Installation & Operation Guide
6.1. Installation Requirements
Minimum inlet pressure: ≥1 bar
Can be installed indoors or outdoors
A drainage line is required for backwash mode
Recommended to mount on a stable support or frame
6.2. Installation Steps
Step 1 – Choose a suitable installation location
Place the system on a stable, dry, or outdoor-ready platform.
Step 2 – Connect the piping
Follow the labeled direction: IN → FILTER → OUT.
Step 3 – Connect the drain line
Needed for Fast Rinse and Backwash.
Step 4 – Check for leakage
Run water to ensure no leaks at joints.
Step 5 – Select mode of operation
Set the valve to FILTER to operate.
6.3. Maintenance & Cleaning
Fast Rinse: every 2–3 days (depending on feedwater quality)
Backwash: once a week or when flow decreases
Never operate at pressures above recommendations
Avoid chemical cleaning outside pH 5–9
6.4. Important Notes
Feedwater temperature must be below 45°C
Do not operate the system when the membrane is dry
Ensure stable inlet pressure for optimal performance
